IBM Blue Box Engineering and Operations teams will be performing a service migration to a new email provider. During this maintenance window, there will be periods of availability interruptions on Box Panel Suite's Support Ticketing system. Inbound email, including creating new tickets by email and replying to existing tickets by email, will be disabled during the maintenance window.
Other Box Panel Suite applications including the Support Ticketing system's web interface will remain functional during the maintenance period. All outbound email will continue to be processed, including notifications of new tickets and replies. There is no direct impact to any Customer Cloud environments from this maintenance.
Please contact IBM Blue Box Support using our support line at (800-613-4305 or 206-538-0248) during the maintenance window to escalate any issues. A reminder of this maintenance will be posted via our Blue Box Status Page prior to the maintenance activity start.
