On Wednesday, March 1 between 3:00AM - 4:00AM UTC (Tuesday, February 28 19:00 - 20:00 PST) we will perform emergency maintenance on our database servers for Box Panel Suite applications. This maintenance involves a database failover to accommodate the replacement of a failed hardware component. During this time there will be a brief service disruption of the Box Panel application, including Box Panel's portal user access, along with the Support ticketing system. As our Box Panel Suite includes current Customer chat and ticketing services, please contact IBM Blue Box Support using phone (800-613-4305 or 206-538-0248) or email support during the maintenance window to escalate any issues.
