On Wednesday, July 26th between 2:00 AM - 7:00 AM UTC (Tuesday, July 25th 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM PST) we will perform maintenance on our Box Panel Suite platform. Maintenance will include the application of security patches required to address potential vulnerabilities on Box Panel host systems. During this time there will be several brief service disruptions of the Box Panel application, including Box Panel's portal user access, along with the Support ticketing system. As our Box Panel Suite includes current Customer chat and ticketing services, please contact IBM Blue Box Support using (800-613-4305 or 206-538-0248) or email support during the maintenance window to escalate any issues.
