On Friday February 10th between 06:00-8:00 UTC, IBM Blue Box Engineering and Operations teams will be performing a controlled Disaster Recovery test. This will include a manual failover test to and from our secondary Box Panel Suite environment in a separate regional data center. During the maintenance window there will be periods of availability interruptions on Box Panel Suite applications. Please anticipate Box Panel portal user access disruptions, along with possible latency and packet loss to Box Panel applications during the maintenance window. There is no expected direct impact to any Customer Cloud environments from this maintenance - this will only impact Box Panel Suite cloud management services.
