On Thursday, March 29th between 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM UTC (Thursday, March 29th 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM PST) we will perform maintenance on our Box Panel Suite platform. Maintenance will include the upgrade of our virtualization platform for our Box Panel host systems. During this time there will be several brief service disruptions of the Box Panel application, including Box Panel's portal user access, along with the Support ticketing system. As our Box Panel Suite includes current Customer chat and ticketing services, please contact IBM Blue Box Support using (800-613-4305 or 206-538-0248) or email support during the maintenance window to escalate any issues.
