On Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 from 4:00PM-5PM UTC (9:00AM-10:00AM PST) the Box Panel Suite of applications will have periods of availability interruptions as we install our renewed site certificates. The expected downtime is minimal as we update our site certificates and restart those services. Inbound email, including creating new tickets by email and replying to existing tickets by email will continue to operate normally.
