On Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 6:00PM-8:00PM UTC (11:00AM-1:00PM PST) the Box Panel Suite Chat Application will be unavailable for customers for a scheduled maintenance. Box Panel and the Support Ticketing application will remain available throughout the maintenance window.
